Electronic Signs have came a long way in the past 15

designed to turn individual bulbs on or off depending upon your message.
Now days, computers are now controlling the function of panels or
modules. These panels can contain high intensity incandescent, one
color LED or multi color LEDs. These board are now used where
signs were never thought of like sporting events and concerts as large
screen video boards.
