Banners come in a huge variety of materials and sizes. This has
made them a popular temporary sign choice.
Banner materials are where you will save money with the low cost options. This can be good and bad ... you get what you pay for. The poly-type banners are not recommended for use in windy or cold conditions. They are a thick grade plastic sheet with no thread reinforcements in the material itself. If you will be using your banner indoors or only for a one-time weekend event outdoors (weather permitting) this will probably be fine. If you would like a longer display period you need to consider using banner materials that are classified by "weight". A newer option in banner materials is mesh. This can be decorated with your full color image with digital printing. The wind does not have as great of an impact because the wind can go through small holes in the mesh material. Before ordering a banner please check with your local zoning department. Many communities now have regulations on size and time you can display temporary signs. Please check our service area to see if we can help you.
