Awnings are a great way to add color and some extra style to a commercial building.  They come in a wide variety of designs and fabric colors.  Awnings can be backlit for increased nighttime storefront visibility and add more lighting for safety.

Maintenance
Awnings require annual maintenance.  Cleaning and protectant application is needed to keep your investment looking good for an extended period of time.  Maintenance should be started within one year of installing a brand new awning.

Engineering
In some instances your local area may require an engineered set of plans in order to approve the installation of your awning.  Check local guidelines for requirements at your location.
